This course has been designed to cover all the areas identified in the core competence standard. It covers all the 9 modules laid down in the guidance document and covers all the appendices that the Fire Risk Assessor must demonstrate they have an understanding of. In addition we have added a full module on Fire Safety in Blocks of Flats covering the additional areas that need considering in these high risk premises. This course has been designed to level 4 and is aimed at all those in the fire industry who wish to improve their knowledge on fire safety. This course will offer you the underpinning knowledge required for you to be able to carry out a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment in various premises and it will ensure that the responsible person is aware of their responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

This course is approved by the Institute of Fire Engineers and the Institute of Fire Safety Managers and attracts 55 hours CPD.
